This is the deal...

i lost the USB cord for my camera. i have two different cameras, and of course the one for the camera i've been using is the one that's missing. and what fun are posts with no pictures?? so, i need to figure out something soon, because i have lots of cute pics to put up! today was our 4 year anniversary and it couldn't have been more perfect!! pictures will come soon! i love my hot husband!!

Chuck-E-Cheese's (yay for potty training!)

we finally made it! luke had his little chart finished by saturday, but brock has been really sick and so we didn't go until this morning. did you know that chuck-e-cheese's opens as 9 am?? brock gets home so late that the morning is really the only time we could go...but it was so nice! we were the only ones there! we ate a really healthy breakfast of cinnamon breadsticks and an apple pie danish thing and had a way fun time. it's not as cool as i remember it though...i was telling brock that, and how this one isn't as cool as the one in modesto was, and he reminded me that everything is way bigger, better, and cooler when you're a kid...and that to luke it was so huge and so cool. does anyone remember the little strobe light/blacklight room? that was my favorite...along with the ball pit and the hot air balloon ride. (they really didn't have any of those.) and i know, ball pits are nasty, people find lots of gross things in them... but all i ever found in them was tokens and all that stuff about there being drug needles and live snakes is SO fake. check it out on snopes. anyways, it was a way fun morning and i feel so satisfied that we already did something fun today, and are home with the boys (hopefully) taking naps, when usually we are just now getting dressed!

Some of the other wives and me...i wanted to take a picture and then realized it's been so long since i took a picture with friends that i kind of forgot how... remember how in high school we would just automatically like squat down and put our hands on our knees, or have our arms down straight with our hands sticking out. (can you picture what i'm talking about?) so funny. but anyways, taking a picture was totally awkward! (haley, megan, jessica, megan, me, kacie)

last night brock's office had a barbeque. we're on such a messed up schedule...it didn't even start until like 10:30 because they get home that late! it was fun to have everyone all at the same place and to meet people...and there are still a bunch i don't know. this job is seriously psycho hours but it's fun to get to see a new place, and the check at the end will be well worth it!!

I Love Costco

we went to costco today to pick up a few things...well, really i could have got them at the close grocery store, but i was just really feelin' a little costco sample buffet!! i am so lame, i know. but- i was NOT disappointed, and luke said, "this is my favorite store!" let's see...we had mini tostadas, tamales, quesadillas, pita bread with hummus, mango juice, fudge, popsicles, breakfast sausage, scrambled eggs, fruit cups, jelly bellies and fruit snacks. WOW, i didn't realize how much that all added up to until right now. so much for my diet...but whatever. it was way fun and totally yummy! go costco!

i think that luke is officially potty trained!! since we've been in virginia there haven't been very many things to distract us (in other words, we're bored) and he's been better and better about it. well the last 3 days he's only had 1 accident (and it was my fault, he told me he had to go when we were in the car and i thought he could make it until we got home. whoops.) it helps that the mall has those great little tiny toilets in the family restrooms, i want one for my house! seriously! i made him this cute little chart that reminds him that he gets to go to chuck e cheese's when he fills it up. he loves it! we'll definitely be going on saturday...oh and i started letting him stand up when we are in a public bathroom...he thinks that's like the coolest ever. i am so happy that he is doing so good!!!!
